crooked Obama judge abuses her office by playing politics with it =- she needs to GO
The Judicial Insurrection continues from the Judicial Wing of the Democrat Party. Now a crooked Obama judge in Florida has issued a corrupt political decree to shut down Alligator Alcatraz, the Florida facility in the Everglades to hold illegal alien criminals for deportation. She ordered no new illegal alien criminals to be brought there, and that the entire facility be shut in 60 days.
This crooked Obama judge clearly cares more for illegal alien criminals who should not even be in this country in the first place than the American victims of the crimes they commit. She wants them to stay in our country to keep committing crimes.

As so often has been happening with the crooked Obama and Biden district court judges, this will undoubtedly be appealed to the adults in the appellate courts, who will likely reverse her as so often has happened to these despicable crooked Obama and Biden district court judges.

Justice Neal Gorsuch, in a recent Supreme Court opinion, smacked down rogue politically motivated district court judges. "Lower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court's decisions . . . they are never free to defy them" Gorsuch wrote. "Whatever their own views, judges are duty bound to respect the hierarchy of the federal court system as created by the Constitution and Congress."

These lousy rogue Obama and Biden judges who defy the Supreme Court deserve more of a smackdown than just Gorsuch calling them out. They deserve to be held in contempt of the Supreme Court and jailed for it, and where better to jail them than Alligator Alcatraz?

This kangaroo court Obama judge claimed the state should have looked at other sites. Maybe they now need to find a site in her neighborhood as close to her own house as possible for these illegal aliens criminals - rapists, murderers, burglars, drug dealers, etc. Give her a dose of her own stupid medicine. It is too bad there is not a procedure to strip this moron of an Obama judge of her black robe and her citizenship and put her on a plane out of the country along with her criminal illegal alien buddies.
