SC passed state law to keep biological boys out of girls restrooms in schools
South Carolina has a law that prohibits biological males from being in school restrooms or locker rooms of biological females. It also prohibits biological females from using the boys facilities. Now they are having to ask the US Supreme Court to uphold that law.
The state is having to send an emergency motion to the Supreme Court because of radical judicial activism by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, which for many years has been a legal cesspool controlled by radical far left Democrat politicos pretending to be "judges".

It is a sad commentary on our federal court system when it is necessary to go all the way to the Supreme Court to keep males out of girls restrooms and locker rooms in school. This regional appeals court seems to be run by radicals or morons or a combination of both.
