Appeals court overturns Obama Judge on clawing back reckless climate grants | Eastern NC Now

A Biden EPA official was caught on video bragging about "tossing gold bars off of the Titanic" referring to putting Billions of taxpayer dollars in an escrow account to get around the incoming Trump administration so it could be distributed to politically connected liberal organizations.  One of those organizations, with no prior experience in the subject was a newly created one run by Georgia Democrat kingpin and self-proclaimed governor of Georgia Stacey Abrams.  Abrams intended use of the funds was to give appliances to poor people.

New EPA Director Lee Zeldin moved to claw back these misappropriated funds and the intended recipients sued to try to get them back.  In federal district court they were heard by a notoriously radical political hack Obama Judge, Tanya Chutkan, who ordered the EPA to turn over the funds to the radical NGOs.  The EPA appealed, and this time rational judges prevailed and reversed Chutkan's money grab.  The taxpayer money is now safe with the EPA pending further court action.
