FBI Director Kash Patel has found and released an "after action" report on the FBI's involvement with the January 6, 2021 protests at the US Capitol. The report reveals that the FBI had 274 plain clothes agents present in the crowd. It did not detail what they did at the event.
The report revealed numerous complaints from agents who were deployed at the Capitol. Many complained about the FBI's political bias and its different handling of the George Floyd riots from the January 6 protests.
This new FBI internal report demolishes the DOJ Inspector General's claim that the only FBI involvement in January 6 was 3 confidential human sources who were present.
