Obama judge McConnell tried to steal school lunch money to pay for food stamps | Eastern NC Now

John J. McConnell was a major Democrat activist and contributor before being appointed a US District Court judge by Barack Obama.  Since then he has been a partisan Democrat activist hack in a black robe, an Obama judge abusing his power to try to cause problems for the Trump presidency.  McConnell is a clear example of how it is the "robber baron" federal district judges appointed by Obama and by Biden's autopen who are the threat to our democracy, NOT 'kings".

McConnell was assigned one of the Democrat lawsuits on food stamp (SNAP) funding.  He took it upon himself to exercise powers of both the legislative and executive branches and ordered full funding of food stamps.  But where he ordered the money to come from would have depleted funding that is still in the pipeline paying for school lunches and the WIC program for infants.  Obama judge McConnell was trying to steal school lunch money and money for babies to pay for food stamps.  What an absolutely rotten thing to do.

When the case got to the US Supreme Court for emergency review, radical leftist Katanji Brown-Jackson was assigned the case, and even she shot down McConnell's money and power grab.  However, between those orders, several states had grabbed the money, and that might still impact school lunches, although hopefully it will only be in the states that grabbed the money.
