Its happened yet again. Another illegal alien who should not be driving an 18-wheeler on American highways has caused a truck crash that has killed American citizens. This crash happened in Oregon and killed two Americans.

The illegal alien, an Indian national with a past criminal record, entered the US illegally through the southern border and was waived in by the Biden regime in 2022. He then was illegally issued a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) by the sanctuary state of California which allowed him to operate 18 wheeler trucks on American highways.

The US Department of Transportation is working to get these illegal aliens with illegally issued CDLs off the highways but with liberal states having issued over 100,000 of them illegally, it takes some time to accomplish.

Illegal aliens should not be allowed to get ANY drivers license, much less a CDL to drive an 18 wheeler.

American citizens with commercial driver licenses are held to rigorous standards while these blue states pass CDLs out like candy. Citizens are getting really tired of being abused. It's not fair to citizens, it's not safe for citizens, and I consider this a national security failure as well.

Driving trucks is not a "job Americans won't do". It is a well paid job sought by American workers. It is outrageous that some states are illegally helping illegal aliens compete with American workers, and doubly so that those illegal aliens are clearly unsafe on the highways to other Americans. States that issue these CDLs and companies that hire these illegal alien truck drivers should both be VERY VERY severely punished. I understand DOT is cutting off highway funds in response, but that is not enough. People need to go to jail for it.
