Milan police chief worries for Olympics with 80% of predatory crime done by migrants | Eastern NC Now

Milan, Italy is scheduled to host the upcoming winter Olympics and the city's police chief is worried.  He recently observed to parliament that 80% of the city's predatory crime like robbery is committed by "foreigners".  That is not to say by tourists or business travelers from abroad.  "Foreigners" has become the euphemism in Italy and Germany for illegal aliens migrants, just as the term "youths" has in France.  On top of that, 20% of those crimes had minors as perpetrators.  The chief has asked for 2,000 more policemen, saying citizens did not feel safe in the current environment and the Olympics would add more pressure.

Already, Milan has cancelled its traditional New Years Eve celebration. Last year, that event drew international publicity from migrant rape gangs assaulting European tourist women during the event.

Meanwhile, Paris, too, is curtailing some of its traditional New Years Eve celebrations at the request of the police and Christmas markets around Europe are seeing heavy security measures.
