Wall Street Journal editorial: A Climate Study Retraction for the Ages | Eastern NC Now

bad science so blatant a major study had to be retracted

ENCNow

Climate alarmists have been pumping out studies pushing their agenda for years, most based on rigged computer models and other questionable methodology.  Now a major study that was given huge publicity last year claiming that "climate change" would cause $38 Trillion in economic damage has had to be retracted.  It was published in the magazine Nature, but the MSM picked it up and pushed it hard around the world.

It turned out that the "data" behind the study was so bad that it could not even be modified.  It had to be completely retracted.

In an editorial, the Wall Street Journal tells the sordid tale:

Meanwhile, the entire CO2 climate cult is on the ropes.

Climate alarmists make all sorts of dire predictions about calamities but none of them come true. There have been dozens of their predictions that have already passed the time they were supposed to happen, but NONE of them ever have. None of them have even come slightly close. They have all been duds. Climate alarmism is the biggest doomsday cult in human history. They are Chicken Little on steroids.
