Federal Appeals Court upholds Florida law prohibiting kids at drag shows | Eastern NC Now

Florida is now finally able to enforce its law prohibiting children at drag shows thanks to a federal court ruling.  The Protection of Children Act was passed by the Florida legislature in 2022, an initiative of Governor deSantis, but was iintially struck down by a radical Obama judge in district court.  When the appeal made its way finally to the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the adults in the room on that court overturned the radical district court ruling and cleared the way for Florida to begin enforcing the law.

The left has made a major push to sexualize children in kinky ways by promoting things like "Drag Queen Story Hours" for children.  FLorida put its foot down and said NO.
