Wall Street Journal: DEI caused military recruitment crisis; now solved with DEI gone | Eastern NC Now

The Wall Street Journal has an excellent article on how DEI in the military caused a huge decline in military recruitment among white males.  Under Biden, the military imposed strident DEI policies that some compared to the Political Officers of the old Soviet Red Army.  President Trump has removed DEI from our military, and the result is that military recruitment is now booming.  With DEI gone, the military had its best recruitment year in 15 years in 2025.  Absence of DEI has increased recruiting among white males and also among women, blacks, and Hispanics.  It would appear that no one but the left wing ideologues likes DEI.
