SEVEN DEADLY SINS

There is an old joke: How can you tell when a politician is lying? When you see his lips moving.

Now it seems to be a way of life with our US House and Senate members. Even when we have the luxury of video and social media playback in real time, they just go ahead as if the world is going to believe it. But it seems that some do.

What are the Seven Deadly Sins?

According to the standard list they are: pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony and sloth which are contrary to the seven capital virtues.

The seven capital virtues, also known as seven lively virtues, contrary or remedial virtues, are those opposite to the seven deadly sins. They are often enumerated as chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, kindness, patience and humility.

What does God hate most:  According to Proverbs 6:16-19, God hates seven things:  haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are quick to rush to evil, a false witness who pours out lies, and a person who sows discord among family or friends. These are often viewed as a list of actions and attitudes that God finds detestable.

It makes you wonder if any of the liberal Democrat wing have ever read this. Even worse is the Mainstream Media.

Then comes TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). He can do no right.

Just think how much our Country could grow and progress if all political parties looked at People and country first and then party.

Looks like we have perfected the lying tongue. Let’s hope we can stop the shedding of innocent blood.
