Radical national teachers union NEA urges school walkouts in protest of ICE law enforcement | Eastern NC Now

doesn't want ICE enforcing our immigration laws

ENCNow

The extremist groups that oppose enforcement of America's immigration laws now includes the country's largest teachers union, the National Education Association (NEA)  The NEA has been emailing members urging them to take action against ICE enforcement of our immigration laws including promoting student walkouts in protest of ICE.

The North Carolina Association of Educators (MCAE) is a component of the NEA.  The NEA is the larger of the two natioanl teachers unions.  The other one, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) has been less engaged lately in radicalism.

Every illegal alien present in our country has broken our immigration laws. Does the radical NEA think law enforcement should just look the other way on that?  Even worse, the group ICE is targeting at this juncture are those who have broken out own criminal laws while they have been here as well as being here illegally. Clearly the NEA wants to keep these criminals in our country to commit more crimes.

And shouldn't teachers be demanding that students stay in class to get an education instead of engaging in walkouts to protest against law enforement?

NCAE? Is that North Carolinians Against Education?

There are two school board candidates who have been members of the NCAE teachers union, Jennifer Cornelius in the Bath school district and Monica Davis in the Washington school district. It is not certain if they have remained members since retiring. We do not need people from these teachers unions on our school board.

We wondered where those HS walkouts over ICE enforcement came from. Now we know. Teachers unions. It was particualrly odd since that is not happening on college campuses but did at a couple of high schools. But the teachers union angle explains it all.

One wonders how many of these NEA/NCAE members are teaching in local schools and if they have anything like this up their sleaves? What would out school board do about it if they do? Teachers who encourage students to leave class should be fired.

These teachers unions are nont just un-A,eriocan, but they are anti-American when they engage in these radical activities.
