US Appeals Court okays deporting illegal aliens to third countries, overturns Biden judge | Eastern NC Now
another Democrat political hack District Court judge spanked by Appellate court
In a win for immigration enforcement, the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit entered an order approving the deportation of illegal aliens to third countries when their own country refused to take them back. The Trump administration has been following such a policy until a Biden autopen judge, Brian Murphy, a total political hack, entered an order restricting them from doing so., ruling that deporting illegal aliens to third countries was illegal. The Court of Appeals overturned that ruling.

Any judicial appointment involving Biden's autopen should be declared null and void and new judges appointed to replace them. They are mostly political hacks and who know who really appointed them. Biden was in la-la land.
