Ohio judges rule against transgender ideology in key child custody case | Eastern NC Now

finally some judges with common sense

ENCNow

An Ohio appellate court has laid down a common sense decision on the radical transgender ideology, ruling that neither courts nor parents were bound to accept a child's alleged "transgender identity".  The case involved child custody, with one parent asserting that to have custody it was necessary to accept the child's alleged "transgender identity" and the other parent rejecting that concept.  The trial court had ruled for the parent who rejected the "transgender identity" and the appellate court affirmed that.

It is good to see that we still have some judges with common sense.

Meanwhile, pressure mounts on the US Supreme Court to take up a case addressing schools secret involvement in gender transitioning students without telling their parents.
