shots fired at White House Correspondents dinner in Washington
A radicalized California school teacher, who is a former Teacher of the Month, has been arrested in Washington, DC in an assassination attempt on Trump administration officials, likely including Trump himself. The would-be assassin was armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and multiple knives. He fired five shots, one of which struck a Secret Service agent in the chest at close range, but he was saved by his bullet proof vest. He was dressed in all black, the typical attire of ANTIFA.
The assassin had participated in the far left "No Kings" rallies and was identified as a member of a "woke" radical group called the Wide Awakes. Anti-Trump and Anti-Christian messages were found on his electronic devices. A family member who had received some disturbing communications from the assassin had notified police, but there was no connection then to the event where he attacked, the annual White House Correspondents Dinner.
