The lates Harvard-Harris poll gives good news to Republicans on the upcoming midterm congressional elections.  It shows Republicans and Democrats tied among likely voters at 50%. in how they would vote in congressional and senate races.  The poll also showed 80% support for increasing ballot security through the SAVE Act.
