SCOTUS overrules lower courts, clears way for Trump DHS on key deportation issues | Eastern NC Now

On some key illegal immigration issues, the adults in the room, the US Supreme Court has ruled with the Trump administration and overturned political decisions by lower Biden and Obama district judges.  The rulings were announced Thursday.. Both decisions were 6 to 3.

In one case, the SCOTUS ruled that the Trump administration could revoke the "temporary protected status" that the Biden regime gave to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from Syria and Haiti. That will allow deportation proceedings to begin for them. An Obama judge had denied that authority, saying it was "racist". 

Meanwhile, Americans living in cities plagued with hordes of Haitians like Springfield, Ohio are celebrating.

Democrat Congressman Seth Moulton of Massachusetts responded that Democrats should pack the Supreme Court in order to protect illegal aliens.

In the second case, the SCOTUS ruled that it was not necessary to give asylum hearings to persons still on Mexican territory since they had not "arrived" in the United States.  This allows turning away illegal aliens at the border without having to give them asylum hearings.  The asylum process has been massively abused both here and in Europe by economic migrants who make fake claims to asylum to get their foot in the door.

The increasing radicalization of Democrats within the court system is shown by the sleazy comment in Kagan's dissent agreeing with the radical district judge that revoking the policy was "racist" So, logically, that would mean that Biden was racist in adopting the policy that Trump is ending.  The fact is that Syrians in Europe and Haitians in black majority Caribbean states have horrible records for crime.  The Dominican Republic, a Hispanic nation in the Caribbean deports hundreds of thousands of Haitians each year. the Bahamas, a black ruled Caribbean country is also noted for frequent roundups and deportations of Haitian illegal aliens.  They are a pariah in their own region which knows them best.

Haiti is also the only country in this hemisphere with a history of a government directed racial genocide.  After independence from France, many whites decided to stay and live under the new black ruled government.  However, after a few months, the government decided to massacre them all, and sent gangs house to house killing men, women, and children. the white population of the country was exterminated.  Does anyone owe anything to a nation rooted in genocide like Haiti? NO, they do not.
