SCOTUS overrules lower courts, clears way for Trump DHS on key deportation issues | Eastern NC Now
Democrat Biden / Obama judges overruled
On some key illegal immigration issues, the adults in the room, the US Supreme Court has ruled with the Trump administration and overturned political decisions by lower Biden and Obama district judges. The rulings were announced Thursday.. Both decisions were 6 to 3.
In one case, the SCOTUS ruled that the Rump administration could revoke the "temporary protected status" that the Biden regime gave to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from Syria and Haiti. That will allow deportation proceedings to begin for them. An Obama judge had denied that authority, saying it was "racist". In the second case, the SCOTUS allowed the Trump administration to limit "asylum" claims of Mexican nationals.
