Virginia judge blocks enforcement of Spanberger's gun control law with preliminary injunction | Eastern NC Now
standing up for 2nd Amendment gun rights
Radical leftwing Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger's new gun control law just took a serious hit in court from a Virginia state judge. In a lawsuit brought by the gun rights group Gun Owners of America, the court entered a preliminary injunction prohibiting the state from enforcing the law while the lawsuit is pending. The far reaching law seeks to ban a wide range of both rifles and pistols.
Earlier another Virginia state court judge entered an order blocking a more limited part of the bill, based on an existing case that was pending before the legislation was adopted. The Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice is also suing Virginia over infringing on the 2nd Amendment rights of Virginians..

Most of the anti-gun fanatics do not know one gun from another. Take the old Mini 14 (That was classed as a ranch rifle that farmers would through in the back of their pickup truck to shoot varmints, is the same basic barrel, mechanism, guts and bullet size as these so called Assault weapons) It was dressed up with handles, sights and accessories to make it more attractive, but the same basic weapon. Next they should compare the bullet size to the basic 22 plinker. Not too much bigger. I know I’ll get push back from all of the “No Gun group” and some experts, but go check it out. I still have one of each.
