Federal court backs Tennessee law making illegal presence by migrant a state crime | Eastern NC Now

follows court approval of similar law in Texas

ENCNow

A federal district court judge has put his stamp of approval on a new Tennessee state law that makes presence in the state of someone who is illegally in the US a state crime  This follows approval by a US Circuit Court of Appeals of a similar law in Texas a few months ago. This law allow the state to prosecute illegal aliens found in the state.

The Tennessee law was passed in April and signed into law by the governor.  The radical ACLU and a migrant activist group sued.  The state moved to dismiss their lawsuit, and federal district Judge Eli Richardson dismissed the case.

Florida has adopted a similar law, that is being challenged in court.

More states, including North Carolina should adopt similar laws, especially after the outrageous giveaway of American citizenship by the SCOTUS, which Justice Thomas has denounced as "devaluing American citizenship".

Meanwhile, in the UK and Ireland, a music production entitled "Deport the F_cking Lot" by Welsh Wrexham Unite music project is going viral, showing the anger of the British people at mass migration. (It is necessary to turn on the sound to hear the song)

North Carolina should indeed adopt a similar law making it a state crime for an illegal alien to be in our state. Courts have approved such laws in two other states so far. The problem? Big Ag which sees exploitation of illegal alien labor as part of their business model. Our own district just kicked out a legislator who is a champion of border security, Keith Kidwell, to replace him with a Big Ag hack. Shameful. Elections have consequences.
