Florida federal judge overrules crooked Biden judge's order on illegal alien voter database | Eastern NC Now

An honest and pro-American federal judge in Florida has issued an order contradicting a politically motivated attempt by a Biden judge in Massachusetts to protest voter registration by illegal aliens and other foreign citizens.   Judge Sparkle (yes, that is her real name) Sooknanen, a  foreign born judge with a history of radical rulings since her appointment by Biden's auotpen,  issued a nationwide injunction (something the SCOTUS has said district judges are NOT supposed to do)  shutting down DHS' database used by states to determine if a prospective voter is a US citizen or not.

Judge Sparkle, foreign born herself and an extremely partisan liberal Democrat, blocked election integrity efforts to stop foreign citizens from illegally voting in American elections. That is when Florida's Attorney General went into action.  In a previous case dealing with this voter database, a settlement had been reached in his court months before Judge Sparkle's order, that authorized and ordered the continued operation of the database.  Judge Sparkle's radical order contradicted his earlier order given as part of the settlement. The settlement involved Florida and other states that were parties to that case.

Judge Kent Weatherll, the Florida federal judge, ruling on a motion brought by the Florida Attorney General, has now issued a new order, directing DHS to continue to follow his original order and disregard that of radical Judge Sparkle.

It is good to see honest judges standing up to fight these radical un-American Biden and Obama judges who abuse power for political purposes.
