says foreign ties of Democrat Socialists of America need to be investigated
Another mainstream Democrat figure has issued a warning over the hostile takeover of the Democrat Party by far left socialists. The organization calls itself "Democratic Socialists of America" but that group's leader has plainly stated "our goal is communism." and it has been winning Democrat congressional primaries is heavily Democrat districts.
the latest voice of sanity from a mainstream Democrat comes from Mark Penn, a former top advisor in the Bill Clinton White House. Penn has written a column for the Wall Street Journal entitled "The Socialist Threat is Real" in which he warns of the threat to America from the socialists and calls for investigation of their foreign funding.
"America will be in serious trouble if Democrats fail to defend their party," Penn declared.
The Chicago Tribune has published an editorial entitled "Centrist Democrats Must Not Let 'Democratic Socialists' take over their party without a fight."
