In Trump witch hunt, Jack Smith illegally spied on 44 members of Congress, then lied about it | Eastern NC Now
perjured himself in Congressional testimony
Jack Smith, the Special Counsel appointed by the Biden regime to conduct a politicized witch hunt against President Trump took this partisan political attack beyond just Trump, recently released records have revealed. He also illegally spied on 44 members of Congress. Then Smith lied under oath to Congress about his spying on members of Congress.
The Senate Judiciary Committee has revealed Smith's illegal investigation of members of Congress. Smith was previously asked under oath in congressional testimony if he had done this and denied it. That was clearly a lie.
Smith should be subject to criminal prosecution for his acts and his lies. Hopefully, the Senate Judiciary Committee will refer Smith to the DOJ for prosecution.
