Sen. Fetterman (D-PA): "Democratic Socialists (DSA) are deeply anti-American" | Eastern NC Now

Pennsylvania Democrat US Senator John Fetterman is very direct about the danger posed by the Democrat Socialists of America (DSA) that is currently engaged in a hostile takeover of the Democrat Party.  Senator Fetterman has described the DSA as "deeply anti-American" and warned that the DSA seeks to "impoverish the white middle class".

The DSA has won three Democrat US Senate nominations so far in this year's primaries, ousted six incumbent liberal Democrat members of the House, and secured additional Democrat House nominations.  The DSA's own chairman has proclaimed that "our goal is communism."

Other Democrat candidates who are not officially members of DSA are just as radical. For instance, Texas Democrat Senate nominee James Talarico has declared capitalism "an oppressive system" that "must be dismantled".  That is a socialist as one can get.

Meanwhile, in the House, the degree to which the Democrat caucus is under the sway of the DSA, whether from agreement with them or fear of them, was shown by a vote on a resolution there.  On a resolution to denounce socialism offered in Congress, 192 Democrats voted against it.  192 Democrats essentially said socialism was okay with them, The resolution "condemned socialism in all its forms including the Democrat Socialists of America."
