Which came first - the Democrat chicken or the socialist egg? | Eastern NC Now

The radicalization of the Democrat Party with open socialists - and actual communists - now in ascendency in the party has been a process.  Many establishment Democrats see this as a hostile takeover, even as many of them now bow down to their new socialists masters.  Recently, 192 Democrat members of Congress voted AGAINST a House resolution denouncing socialism and the DSA. However, an interesting article is now asking which came first - the Democrat chicken or the socialist egg?
