They claim that AI is constantly learning. That means its learning from the input of the citizens. I suspect that a LARGE number of
request for help is about an unresponsive Govt. AI is learning that Govt people circle the wagons to protect the "monster," not the citizen. So Bob, if AI is logical, and I think it is, then it will decide that the MONSTER needs killing, not the humans in general.

The worse that will happen is that AI will enslave us the same way our Govt has. Or maybe we will become their pets...useless but wanted by AI.
