French police union: "Far-left fascism" is destroying and bankrupting France with riots | Eastern NC Now

The head of France's police union had some strong words on the continuing violent riots on French streets, kicked off by migrant students, and now fully embraced by the French far left.  He described what was going on in French cities with looting, violent attacks on police, and destruction of historic buildings as "Far Left Fascism" and declared that it was destroying and bankrupting France.  Prior to the latest round of destruction, the losses from the riots already stood at over a billion euros.

While migrants are still very visible in the riots, there are now leaders of the far left France Unbowed political party and the Communist Party openly participating as well.  The police have been hamstrung by the Macron government in even defending themselves against violent attacks.  Unlike neighboring Italy which called out the army to put down similar riots, French President Macron has depended solely on the police.

Ironically, ANTIFA, which styles itself "anti-fascist" is one of the active far left fascist groups participating in the riots..
