About

Lindalyn Kakadelis taught school early in her career and is a former member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education. During 2001-2003, she served as Director of Children’s Scholarship Fund Charlotte managing over $2m of private scholarships for lower income families desiring other educational options than assigned. She has been involved in the charter school movement since the law passed in 1996, and currently serves on the NC Charter School Advisory Board.
