All those who waisted taxpayers money and made all those fraudulent claims should be held accountable for their actions. If you're saying that no one is above the law then lead by example. If you're saying that you're working for the people then do the right thing.

As a Democrat I would think that this judge would recuse himself do to conflict of interest, as this is going to open Pandoras box against the democratic party.
