I am disabled and I I thought I had the understanding that it would not cost me anything to go back to school. I wanted to try to better my education to try to get a job from home but that has not happened and now they are telling me I owe $27,000 how am I supposed to pay that on a fixed income we. I can't hardly make ends meet now. Thank you.
