Commented on More on the Tax Rip OffThe Tax Shenaniganry, within the City and Greater Beaufort County, has restricted independently owned businesses from establishing roots here.
Washington, back in the early 90's, was the go to place for Wolfman Jack and the players who he called to record with him. They came here because of location, people and comfort. Joe Walsh walked down to gas station on the corner of Market and Oakdale Cemetery, bought cigarettes and talked to the girls at counter for 15 mins; they had no idea who he was. My point is that people liked to come here and spend money. Now, there is no appeal or incentive to do so. The powers that be don't, for some reason, seem to understand the revenue that could be generated by independent businesses... especially those in Audio/Film Production.

Commented on Queen Garris Does it AgainHood: I think that, while some strategies can be improved within the party, serious long-term damage has already been inflicted that can't be reversed.
There's 80 million people out there who have neither party nor representation; the Democrats went far left and the Republicans went cookoo far right leaving common sense conservatives from both sides of the aisle on their own....with nothing. That, in itself, is enough to piss anyone off that has a vested interest. Then on top of that, you've got the Bizarro Republicans trying to convince everyone that they're not seeing what they're seeing in plain sight and that common sense conservatives are "conspiracy theoriests" or, wait for it, "anarchists" just trying to cause trouble. Trump has even made some comments about people who question Israel and Epstein. We're in a very unconventional scenario that requires strategies based around open thinking and situational awareness. Critical thinking is is key.

Commented on Tax Fraud, Beaufort County StyleI saw Fabulous Moolah's most recent video praising the new City Manager for defending "democracy" (we aren't a democracy nor is there a place for democracy per the Constitution); what a joke it was!
To sum it up with street terms: THE CITY doesn't want property taxes to decrease because THEY'RE going to have to cut "services" ("services" that THEY'VE sold to the public as necessity so they can steal MORE money FROM the public THROUGH said "services") and use Monopoly money, that they don't have but should, to cover the difference. I'm not a fan of any of the actors we have on the City Council (they're all controlled opposition) BUT Fritz was right when he said the City is broke. Funny thing.....some of us had been saying this long before any of those goons came into the picture. I wonder whose ideas they lifted????

Commented on Queen Garris Does it AgainWhat it comes down to...with all the glittery things aside;
1. The GOP strategists, including "Trump's level" , are trying to find a way to keep remaining swing voters from nuking the Warhawks (Neo-Con Zionists) and milk-toast Republicans in the midterms; still-soaring costs of everyday living, the support of Israel's escapades through the Middle East and the suppression of the Epstein Files ain't sitting well with those holding the GOP pocketbook. 2. Mr. Dick Adams's unwavering belief of term limits and common sense transparency is considered to be heresy by both sides of County GOP''s across the country; good folks are getting tired of being played by those stealing their money..for a variety of reasons. The old school Crusaders are becoming a liability to the party. The MAGA crowd is tired of the Crusaders because they're running off Conservative swing voters with their insanity. It's like old Mid-South Wrestling but Dusty Rhodes ain't doing the booking.

Commented on Washington, N.C., Deserves Better Than ThisI think the good people of the City and the County, for the most part, have had enough of the kayfabe and political theatrics; they are ready for the whole system to implode on itself and for the cards fall as they will.
Beating people over the head with religion (Ra-Legion) and pushing Zionist shills are just two of the many things that have screwed the GOP. Grocery and gas aren't coming down, healthcare is getting worse and the working man/woman sees the deck is stacked. There are still Republicans that will tell you prices are coming but those of us who don't live in Bizarroworld know otherwise. It's all a joke and only those who desperately want to belong are the ones keeping this monster on life support.

Commented on Queen Garris Breaks Her Losing Streak, MaybeIf the county convention was anything like CPAC, I can only imagine the amount of polarity that was on display. As we've discussed in this forum, it seems that the Neo-Cons/Bizarro RINOs are openly advocating for the expulsion of anyone who doesn't go along with their decrees; that should concern anyone, if you ask me.
I don't believe there is a civil war in the GOP. However, I do believe that common sense conservatives, who come to their own conclusions based on fact, are seen as threats by the bizarros that are pushing for international intervention and the same thing the left is pushing for, a strong centralized communist welfare system of government. Traditional Conservatives (Anti-Federalists) and Neo-Cons (Uber-Federalists) are two different groups. I do not believe violence is the answer here as that's what the bizarros want; there has to be a revolution of thinking, one without sacrificing men and women for the enrichment of the controllers. BOCO, we need to get real..fast

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootHad an interesting conversation with a cousin of mine this weekend; she, too, is aware of the bizarro nature that encompasses our community. She informed me of a local attorney who is taking some interesting points on to TikTok platform and establishing commentary on the platform.
"SassyAttorney" made two comments, in one of her videos, that I agreed with: 1. Those speaking FOR the County GOP all sound like a bunch of fruit loops. Given what we know and have been able to piece together....I don't think the ol' girl's too far off on that one. 2. Many of those who are talking about "unity" and uncovering the extent of "Sadlergate" aren't really doing that; they're creating theater to hide the fact of them working to corporatise everything. Again.....none of this is tin-foil hat crap that Carmen Sandiago has to figure out; these are points being brought up based off of public knowledge.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself in the Foot - AgainI hope I'm wrong in saying this but we are watching the death of the GOP...on all three levels (local, state and national). Bizarros like Fruit Loop Garris, Krispy Kreme Kidwell and the others on mysterious "Victory Committees", across the country, WANT to get rid of any and every common sense Conservative that asks questions and speaks with authority; they're terrified of those who don't live in Bizarroworld.
I, like VZ, am ready for this issue of Superman to be over. These politicians should be paying DC Comics for licensing. The crap they, the politicians, are scripting out now seems eerily similar to the "funny books" back in The Hood's day. This crap needs to be addressed and the people need to take these matters seriously. There are many dark and twisted people involved in this shenaniganry.

These are truly "bizarro" times for the Common Sense Conservative. The treatment of Brian McGinnis, who is a patriot and Marine Corps veteran, is eerily similar to how knowledgeable patriots within our County are/have been treated, on several occasions, by those who've been trying to turn the GOP into a Neo-Con echo chamber.
The Republicans who made this particular cut need to be cautious of who and what they align with; things could further go to hell for the GOP if Uncle Donnie keeps silencing questioning of the US Military being the muscle for Israel. To sum it all up, people like Commissioner Deatherage aren't Neo-Cons or local bizarro libtards; they give a damn and are trying to wake folks up while there's still time. If the community doesn't come together and call out the bad actors, we're going to be in a very bad way and surrounded on all sides. If everybody's got money on the line, people tend to pay attention.

One thing the Bizarro RINO Neo-Cons love to do is distract while dangling carrots in front of your face to make it LOOK like they've done something when, in fact, they've done absolutely nothing.
Killary has never been arrested nor will she ever be arrested; Benghazi was brought to us in part by the US Government. After Gaddafi told the UN to go f-themselves and that he wasn't going to do their bidding (the mainstream media will never admit to this but it's well documented), they sent in the US (their military arm) to destabilize the region....major shocker there, right? Libya was actually a very rich country and the Globalist Neo-Cons weren't having it: they operated on the gold standard and kept the banksters out of the equation.

Countrygirl: I'll tell you one turd that's about to hit the fan for several groups of people:
The community getting pissed off about Bath Elementary being closed down in the near future; there are some very interesting dots getting out together. I know several concerned parents personally, these folks are looking to make the school board look REALLY stupid if the don't vote in accordance to the wishes of the community. Whoever fumbles the ball on "School Choice" is going to catch hell. Beaufort County stands to lose a lot of money ("more students" to them) if: A. People aren't held accountable for screwing the taxpayer B. Parents/Students continue to leave BCS for Charter and Private Schools outside of the county. I think we have some "Rebloodlicans", who're actually Farrahkrats, trying to eliminate Realist Conservatives; they're afraid of the good people of BOCO who're awake and asking hard questions.

Commented on Conservative Club, Why?Steed: I read an article somewhere recently that discussed what you and I have been debating over: the Boomer (1946-1964) political strategy vs. the Gen X (1965-1980)/Gen Y (1981-1996) political strategy within the realm of Conservative thinking.
The Gen-ZYennials, those born between the early 90's to early 2000's, are the ones really setting "old world" political gatekeepers on fire. They are taking knowledge they've learned from previous generations, studied many different angles and are asking hard questions NOBODY, only a select few are excluded from NOBODY, wants to bring into public discussion. In some ways, I think some people are genuinely trying to protect the "old world" because times SEEMED to be better. Others are doing so because they want total f-ing control over everything. Many of our collective heroes come from the "old world". The key to this is taking what was before and making it work in the NOW. It's not anything drastic; it's a kick in the ass.

It's funny how THEY, the infamous "Trinity of the County GOP", get alllll bent out of shape about someone refers to THEM as Nazis but have no issue with using direct Nazi terminology when they try to get them ol' Unaffiliated votes from Brabo's base!?!? I would be curious to know if the GOP could provide accurate minutes and/or unedited video footage documenting this incident (for educational purposes and situational context). If so, the public could decide, not a select few, on the situation. Unless proven otherwise, from what I've been able to gather, certain Republicans ARE acting as Nazis, from the dictatorial standpoint. It don't take Steve Jobs to figure this out.

Van Zant is my kind of dude; his "perception" goes beyond those of the scripts handed down from Raleigh, DC, London or Davos. His view is more based off of common sense awareness and not of mainstream political kool-aid manufacturers.
There needs to be MORE "Van Zants" and less "Conservative Voter"-type tunnel vision in the GOP; the Garris's and the Kidwell's of the political realm are terrified of the "Van Zants" finding the glitches in the matrix, so to say. We're getting down to the short rows here and whatever happens...happens; let the cards fall as they will and let the public, not a select fee, decided for themselves.

Commented on Primary “Elections” ImportanceCV: As Batman said in "Batman Returns": "things change."
I've been noticing, definitely since the 2022 primary and the political suicide of MKR (Mark Keith Robinson), that the GOP, especially the NC GOP, is extremely divided on "perception". Anyone who thinks outside the box is labeled as a "conspiracy theorist" and anyone who questions ANY narrative is considered a "troublemaker". Perception scares both RINOs AND some of the old heads. They don't like anyone who can see from 40,000 feet and call the playbook for what it is. They're used to "things as they were" because it benefits them....no matter how many people get crapped on.

As far as the "issues" and "policies" you've asked about, I HAVE stated why I do not and will not support Kidwell nor anyone else who treats they're constituency, those who ALLEGEDLY vote them into office, like dog s*it; you're near sighted and stuck in the "Kidwell is the ONLY way" mentality. The numbers that were released here on ENCNow are not hard to decipher. Neither Republicans or Democrats hold enough of a majority to safely win an election.....they rely on the Unaffiliated vote to carry them over. People see right through that s*** and they ain't buying it anymore....no matter how hard you try to sell it. It says a lot when someone b*tches and moans about having to go out in THEIR district to defend THEIR seat. It signals that: A. They aren't a leader B. They know they don't have a snowball's chance in Hell with their own constituency. C. They don't like competition. If Kidwell were truly serious about "winning", he'd be trying to get the Conservative-Unaffiliated vote. Commented on Primary “Elections” ImportanceIn looking at the viewpoints representing those of the "old guard" GOP in this thread, it doesn't take long to figure out what the main problem is here:
Certain minds are beyond pissed that Berger/Dixon/whoever in the hell are capitalizing on the public's TRUE view of Kidwell to remove him from his complacent office in Raleigh. It's politics; hidden agendas on top of hidden agendas counteracting each other BUT there are good people, on both sides of the aisle, who cringe whenever they hear his name. 9 times outta 10, it's because he's an a$$hole and wants everyone to know how great he is. Contrary to popular belief, that doesn't go over well with most people. Also, I'm seeing a pattern between Kidwell and some of those who believe him to do no wrong: They're usually narcissistic a$$holes themselves and are resistant to anything that takes their perception of control away....even if it's needed for Mr. & Mrs. John Q. Taxpayer to wake up and smell what they're being shoveled.

Will you give Garris a pass for overstepping her boundaries or do you not have a comment on that because she's not in Raleigh? The reason why people are leaving the GOP is because of crap like this; you're doing the same thing that Kidwell does when someone says something he doesn't like. Commented on Primary “Elections” ImportanceIt is becoming VERY apparent that there is a huge disconnect between folks in the old guard and those involved with the new guard of Conservative politics.
Factions of the old guard want to maintain control and keep things "as they've always been". The new guard sees where the issues are, they ask hard questions and the old guard doesn't like that because it takes them out of their comfort zone; they're stuck in their ways and would rather go down with the ship than call things as they are. If the issue of calling out Kidwell is dividing the local GOP as bad as some are indicating (I really think only a select few are pissed off about blowback on Kidwell), it shows that some have absolutely no clue about what in the hell's actually going on in their own backyard....because they're so focused on Kabuki theatrics in Raleigh.
