Stan: it never is funny when the joke is at the expense of someone you idolize, everyone can make a joke at someone else's expense but the true test of one's self is being able to look introspectively and laugh at a joke made about you or your heroes. This is where conservatives struggle with humor, and where libertarians amd liberals don't, Conservatives can't make fun of themselves they can only punch down.

You can tell a lot about someone by their ability to take a joke. Every other US president since the show started has had jokes made about them.
