Mrs. Margaret Larkin "Mickey" Taylor, age 89, a longtime resident of Washington, passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, at Fairhaven Retirement Community in Sykesville, Md., where she had resided for the past two and a half years near her son and several grandchildren.
