Having been myself certified as an International Election Observer in eight foreign elections, and led a multi-member observation team in each of them, the 2020 US election is one I would have flagged as being far below acceptable standards. The problem in the US is that our courts tend to run like scared rabbits from dealing with election fraud, so there was no real investigation.
In contrast, European courts tend to take the bull by the horns, investigate allegations of election fraud and order elections rerun. Most recently that happened with the Constitutional Court in Germany ordering an entire rerun of the state election in the German state of Berlin due to election irregularities. That only happened a couple of months ago, but courts in countries as diverse as Ukraine and the United Kingdom have ordered elections rerun due to voting irregularities in recent years. Where Fox got caught was that several of the on air personalities did not even mention the other side of the issue, which would have protected them. Then, due to the lack of any real investigation by the courts, they did not have the evidence to back up that position. What is shameful to democracy is the failure of our courts to allow any real investigation of the many smoking guns from that election. Most European courts would have dug into it.

FOX would disagree. They paid because a trial would remove the current completely. They put profits before the truth. No honest conservative or liberal can stand for that. Their credibility is zero.

If Democrats steal elections and subvert the Constitution, we could be like England and have to deal with a profusion of knife crime everywhere and mass stabbings, or even an intruder armed with a crossbow intent on assassinating the Queen a few years ago. Oh, and they also still have their share of gun violence inspite of strict gun control, it is just that it is the criminals, not the lawabiding citizens who have the guns.

I agree. As long as republicans win elections Americans will have to learn to live with guns absolutely everywhere. The more the better I say.

Children may be attacked by terrorists or crazy nuts with many weapons. There were several children killed in a school in Brazil recently with a hatchet. In Japan, there was a mass stabbing at a school bus stop. A recent "transgender" terrorist here in the US who was arrested had planned an attack on a middle school with both a bomb and a gun. However, the best way to STOP these terrorists or nuts is with a gun.

I think this a great idea. In the last 50 years the number of guns in the culture has only increased. With that increase in numbers, gun violence has sky rocketed. The obvious conclusion is to keep adding guns, at some point that increase in gun avalablity will bring gun violence down. Makes perfect sense to me so arming teachers is a good idea. If we all, and I mean everybody, carried a gun at all times that might bring things back to normal. Worth a shot.
