"American courts have been unfortunately allergic to giving any remedies" - When Rudi is the only attorney to take your case it says a lot. Him and the Kraken nut job, Sid. If those are the only fools you can to defend you, even though you have a billion dollars, it says a lot. Rich white billionaires rarely lose in count.
The kraken lady...good lord.

Big Bob: Did you Leftist fools ever prove that Donald Trump did anything corrupt, even illegal?
No ... You did not, but you did weakened him, then colluded with the utterly corrupt to make an idiot your president.

Unlike their European counterparts, American courts have been unfortunately allergic to giving any remedies for election irregularities and usually even to allowing the evidence to be presented.

Cheating on elections: Prove it in Court. Otherwise they are just tears of the defeated.

As ususal, LIttle Bobbie, you are one of those leftwing race hustlers who want to inject race into everything. You are one of those racists who want to stamp out "whiteness". That makes YOU the most racist person posting on this site.
If there is cheating in elections, then those election results should not be accepted, like the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, or the recent successful challenge to the Berlin state elections in the Constitutional Court in Germany. The problem is that our courts do not have the backbone to stop these things that the European courts do. Marc Elias filed lawasuits all over the country to screw up election procedures to make it easier for the Democrats to cheat, using Covid for cover. Trump raised the alarm about what was going on before the election, and there were at least some attempts with loawsuits to undo the damage that Elias lawsuits and Democrat election officials were doing do our election process, but the courts did not want to get involved. Then there was all the money that Zuckerburg and Soros spent, not to push candidates but to manipulate the voting process.

HR, no he isn't. What he is doing is giving a voice to those who see America's greatest days as America in the 1950's. If you are white and middle class or better, that might work for you, but for just about everyone else, not so much.
Plus anyone who wont accept defeat in an election, is unfit. Ask Rudi, he just admitted in court he lied his a** off. They all did. Liberal or conservative, the rules must be respected. Voting for Trump the first time, I understand. The second. No freaking way. The third time, un-American.

Big Bob: You are a Leftist, therefore, you don't see issues beyond the shallows.
Therefore, the issue of real Authoritarianism is way over your head. Clint Eastwood, as Dirty Harry, once declared, "A man's got to know his limitations." You arguing Authoritarianism, as a Leftist, is definitely venture to the place of your limitations.

A note to Big Bob: You are looking through the wrong end of the telescope. Trump is trying to make government smaller and less intrusive. Allow those local school boards to run their schools. Leave the Feds and the state out of it. Same on all a lot of those other touchy feely issues.

She nailed it, and let me tell you how: Ayn Rand knew the ways of Authoritarianism, which is the backbone of today's corrupt Democratic Socialist party, as it was the Soviet Union of her childhood.
Authoritarians always sing from the same songbook; so whether it is Communism in Russia, China, Venezuela, etc., or the Democratic Socialists here in the USA, the core motivations are the same to control human nature, and bend their collective civic spirits to the corrupt Authoritarian will of the pre-designated Elites.
