Seeing everyone and everything through a racial prism, and then treating people in different ways based on race is what racism IS, Bigot Bob. That is what the KKK did and it is what "Woke" does. Dr. Martin Luther King explained what a post-racial society is, where we judge people "on the content of their character, not the color of their skin."
DEI is as racist as the KKK, just from a different direction.

Good point, Van Zant. He supports DEI, so that does makes racism HIS cup of tea. DEI is all about injecting race into everything and then discriminating on the basis of race.

In some of our counties the community colleges are trying to camouflage the DEI programs with other language. That's not so at Beaufort Community College. They are wearing it like a badge of honor.

DEI created an incompetent quota-obsessed Secret Service that caused someone to DIE at the Trump rally in Butler, PA. DEI is a cancer in our society that needs to be totally removed. It is totally shameful that we have DEI embedded at Beaufort County Community College thanks to its president, "Fruit" Loupe.
