Deere partially surrenders to boycott

Not meaning to embarrass you, but your bias led you to make decisions about the race of two men you never met. See how easy that was? Happens all the time.

Now imagine if you had a badge and a gun.

I thought for a minute you had me Bob lol

I came to that conclusion through this statement of yours:

“DeShon might be the best at the actual job, but because of racial and cultural differences many employers may not take the time to find out.”

It appears racism is so fundamental to modern progressivism that they just cannot NOT be a racist. That's why many of us do not want this warped DEI thinking being pushed down our kid's throats.

If folks like B Bob are this guilt ridden maybe they should give to charity or something. Further, counselling may be necessary. Find a pastor, priest, rabbi, shaman, or perhaps a psychiatrist for help.

If you think about it Will, I never did. You came to that conclusion all by yourself. See how strong it is?An enlighten person such as your self didn't catch it.

Now DeSon and James want to sell their house. Statistically speaking, which one will be offered more for the same house? Why?

That’s all hypothetical speculation Bob. Why is the black person in your situation named Deshawn and not James? Kinda shows your stereotypical view on matters.

The reality of racist DEI is that if you are a straight white male Christian at a DEI company, you need not apply. It is all about quotas.
Commented: Monday, July 22nd, 2024 @ 6:27 am By: Conservative Voter
So the boss has two job applications. One submitted by DeShon Williams and the other by James Smith. The two are similar, but not exactly the same. Both are qualified.

Statistically speaking, in 2024, one of these people is much more likely to get an interview. Study after study shows this to be true.

Even if both are interviewed, the boss is far more likely, all things being somewhat equal, to hire the applicant who looks like them, and shares his/her cultural background.

DeShon might be the best at the actual job, but because of racial and cultural differences many employers may not take the time to find out.

In this case, DEI training helps an employer discover their own bias and actually find the best person for the job, may it be James, or DeShon. No quota, just a recognition that bias often plays a disproportional role in the hiring process and teaches strategies to over come it.

Its not racial because we all have bias. A black executive can benefit as well.

Good lord you are thick. It means if two people apply to a job, then you should hire the one best qualified for the position not regarding the race whatsoever.

Match the words with an action:
I judge people based on the content of their character :: __.

You've said the words, in practice, how you you do that.? What does it look like?

Bob needs to define "we". Bob does not speak for me.
Commented: Sunday, July 21st, 2024 @ 10:57 am By: Van Zant
The Nation of Islam shot Malcolm X, black radicals. Three of them shot Malcolm X. a former leader of the Nation of Islam who had broken away and formed his own radical black Muslim group. When Bobbie uses the first person plural "we" as to who shot Malcolm X, is he telling us he is a black Muslim? Who knew? Maybe that explains why he makes excuses for Hamas. Malcolm X's goal was separate white and black societies, unlike Dr. King who wanted an integrated society.

Bobbie may have a "collective racist past" since he is clearly a Democrat, the party which brought Jim Crow to North Carolina and other states at the turn of the 20th century. Those of us who are Republican, however, can be proud that OUR party voted unanimously AGAINST the Democrat Jim Crow laws when they passed the NC legislature and opposed them in other states as well.

It's actually a simple question. Clearly this is an enlightened group who have internalized the teachings of Dr. King. Now that you have achieved this milestone, rising above our collective racist past, how has it effected your behavior towards others?

How does one take the words and turn them into action?

JS - I know who Malcolm was. MLK and X had the same goals but not the same methods. X scared white people way more than MLK, but in the end, we shot them both.

On a final note, two wrongs do not make a right. However, sometimes a past wrong, needs to be righted. Our religion teaches "forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us." I think the people we sh*t on will forgive us - ya just gotta suck it up and ask.

Bob doesn’t understand a lot of things. I would assume him to be democrat because of his utter lack of understanding and his virtue signaling way of life.

I wonder does he know it was his chosen party that were the ones who created and advocated for segregation and Jim Crow?

Take a gander at the logo for a democrat being a donkey. It seems you have to be a jackass to be one.

The fact that he brackets Dr. Martin Luther King and Malcolm X together shows how ignorant Bigot Bob is of the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. Those two were polar opposites in many ways. Malcolm X was a revolutionary while King preached non-violence. King was a minster in a respected Christian denomination, while Malcolm X was an official of the radical Nation of Islam. Indeed after a schism where Malcolm X split with the Nation of Islam to start his own more radical Muslim group, members of the Nation of Islam assassinated him. Most importantly, Dr. King preached integration and peaceful co-existance of the races while Malcomn X preached racial separation.

Most of us were in elementary school, if that, when Jim Crow was purged. We grew up in the opposite climate of Affirmative Action. Bobbie may have learned hate in his household, but that was not present in mine. Most importantly, Bobbie does not seem to understand that two wrongs do not make a right.

I'm sorry folks like BB grew up in such a mixed-up environment. I'm thankful I didn't grow up in a racist household.
Commented: Saturday, July 20th, 2024 @ 1:25 pm By: Van Zant
I'm sorry guys but Mr. Crow was the policy during our lifetimes and we all benefitted form it. In many ways we still do. Be honest for a moment. Think back to when you were little. During the civil rights fight back in the 60s, which side was your family on?

What words did you hear around your house in regards to Dr. King or Malcolm X? Marxist N word, or visionary leader?
We learned a Lott of hate back in those days. How did you over come it? What did you do? How did your attitudes change to their current enlightened state?

How can we help others do the same?

Well, NO, Little Bobbie. My shirt says "Judge people by the content of their character, not the color of their skin." I suspect your t-shirt carries a picture of either Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Castro, or Mao or perhaps just a plain hammer and sickle. Or maybe, it is a current day Marxist insurrectionist group like ANTIFA or BLM.
Commented: Saturday, July 20th, 2024 @ 8:04 am By: Conservative Voter
Equality of outcome instead of equality of opportunity is a purely Marxist concept, Bolshevik Bob and requires government or some other entity taking from one to give to another. Quotas is one way they do that. Your Marxism is showing. Americans believe in equality of opportunity. Merit is the only turly fair way to hire and promote.

A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.

Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Coming from the man wearing a "if it aint white, it aint right t-shirt.
DEI is a process for leveling the playing field, not quotas.

How about just seeing people as people? Is that too hard for you, Bigot Bob? Race does not and should not drive the world. Race hustlers like you are the present day racists.
