I think the climate alarmists would be shocked -shocked! - to learn that it gets really cold in Alaska in the winter.

Deserts get hot in the summer, more so than most areas and always have. They also get cold in the winter. The climate alarmists may have just discovered this, but most other people have known that for a while. Confederate General Sibley's invasion of the Arizona and New Mexico territories in 1861 came to a bad end due to heat and lack of water and food in the desert.

Phoenix, population 1.6 million, 56 days over 110. 120 is the point where healthy people start to die. I agree VZ, the poorly educated will suffer the most.

ROTFLMAO We actually have people that are not aware of the Sonoran Desert! Poor education allows people to fall for anything and everything.

It's called SUMMER, Bobbie, and in a desert area like AZ, yes summer in the desert does tend to be hot. In a few months, we will have winter, and it will not be so hot.

Expensive and unrealiable wind and solar electricity drives up our electric rates. This hurts consumers in multiple ways beyond just the borrowing and spending in that legislation, which indeed does drive UP inflation.
