The DOJ and FBI and other agencies were weaponized politically under OBama. The "rules" have been gone since then. It is all about politics these days, not race. Only the race hustler morons keep playing that tired old race card.
Trump is appointing strong people who will get our proud traditional American system of justice back from the political hacks who have been running it. He failed to do that his first term, but it is a clear priority for this term.

Only an idiot thinks it's one side they have to worry about. Now that the rules are gone, we are all at risk. You might think you're protected because you're a white citizen but you would be wrong.
The corrupt turn on everyone eventually. At some point they will turn on all of us.

Since Obama politicized the DOJ and FBI, the two tier justice system in the US has been based on politics more than wealth. In many hard left Democrat states like New York, it is just as bad or worse, as it is anywhere that a Soros prosecutor has taken power. The failure to prosecute Hillary Clinton over classified documents, when she clearly had no right to them, only to turn around and prosecute Trump even though existing case law under the Presidential Records Act gave him at least arguable authority to keep them. And then there was Biden, whose documents were kept while he was a US Senator and vice president, with no authority under the Presidential Records Act, and they came up with excuses not to do anything about it. There is no question but what the two tier justice system is about these days is pure POLItICS. That is something President Trump failed to clean up in his first term that he seems determined to fix this time around and restore an even hand to those agencies to replace their political bias.
Prior to Obama one could sometimes make a case that there was a two tier justice system based on wealth and power.

MAGA nothing but excuses.
For the rich and powerful, there are no rules. Get used to it.

Then: Both Karine Jean-Pierre and President Joe Biden repeatedly told the press that there were no plans to pardon his son.
Now: Hunter gets a blanket pardon covering any and everything he did or may have done - A sweeping pardon making a mockery of equal justice under law. Did anybody really think the Biden crime family wouldn't cover the door on the way out of their crime spree heist?

One political target of a kangaroo court, with an unethical politically biased judge who refused to recuse himself, a DA who is a Soros leftwing poltical hack, a lead prosecutor in the case who left a much more prestigeous position at the Biden DOJ to "get" Trump, and a jury pool that was heavily hostile politically. This was a Stalin Show Trial that was a disgrace to American justice, and honest officials and media around the world called them out on it. On the other hand, the Biden crime familty have been politically protected at every turn by our two-tier justice system, one standard for Democrats and another for Republicans. That is a key item Trump needs to get changed.
With the set up they had in Manhattan, they could have convicted a Republican ham sandwich of whatever charge the persecution wanted to bring. In any honest judicial system, there would have been a change of venue. New York's legal system is so corrupt, that maybe we would be better off if that New York Democrat state senator is successful in getting them to secede. Good riddance.

Here is what the IRS whistleblowers had to say:
“President Biden has the power to put his thumb on the scales of justice for his son, but at least he had to do it with a pardon explicitly for all the world to see rather than his political appointees doing it secretly behind the scenes. Either way it is a sad day for law abiding taxpayers to witness this special privilege for the powerful.” www.breitbart.com The corrupt Biden / Garland DOJ tried to make this case go away completely. First, they deliberately let the statute of limitations run out on the tax charges for the time Hunter was operating in Ukraine, which would have implicated Joe. Then they tried to do a sweatheart plea deal to slap Hunter on the wrist with no jail time for a minor charge and dismiss everything else, but fortunately a federal judge refused to go along with that miscarriage of justice. The Hunter Biden charade illustrates why it is essential for President Trump to appint strong people to clean up the cesspool of Biden / Democrat political hacks at DOJ, FBI, and other agencies.

Made up crimes? That is what that Soros prosecutor went after Trump on in Manhattan.
Biden has admitted to some of his influence peddling as in his speech to the Council on Foreign Relations when he bragged about getting the prosecutor who was going after Hunter and the company he worked for fired by threatening to withhold US government funds. That speech is on video. And with all this "Caligua" nonsense, maybe Bobbie ought to see a mental health professional. Also the only sex weirdos and women haters were in Biden's administration.

Your made up crimes won’t hold water.
However , during the reign of Caligula, a president can do anything he wants Caligula is nominating criminals, sex weirdos and women haters to his cabinet. That’s just the beginning. In the next four years Caligula will be doing pretty much anything he wants. Buckle up. The American empire is rotten to the core.
