In general, ex-school teachers are biased insiders who do not represent the general public and should not be on school boards. It is like electing career state bureaucrats to the legislature or career county bureaucrats to the county commission. They are NOT boing to be there to represent the public, only insider interests.
This conflict of interest, however, seems even worse. Why was this not brought out at election time, when voters could have done something about it? It is a bit late, now.

There is no doubt that lots of foreign money went into Democrat campaigns in 2024, including Biden's. Democrat fundraising machine Act Blue is known to have accepted lots of Visa gift cards purchased abroad as contributions to Democrats. These crooks need to be put out of business. Globalists and China were likely sources.
On the present war, Russia is giving Iran targeted data against American forces and allies and now giving Iran drones. They are clearly an enemy.

Commented on Queen Garris Breaks Her Losing Streak, MaybeWhat did we learn about the local GOP at their convention Thursday night? One glaring tidbit is the notion that a subcommittee appointed by the chairman has to report to the overall executive committee is out of order by this convention. Think about that for a moment. This is so convoluted that it transcends organizational plans entirely. This is just basic relationships between committees. Summation of the party in a word: Corruption. It will not get better until better leaders come forward.

Commented on Senator Chris Murphy Says for Democrats, Illegal Aliens Are ‘The People We Care About Most’How much of a threat to our community illegal aliens pose is shown by two random murders within the last week. In Chicago, an illegal alien jumped out of the bushes and randomly shot an 18 year old American college girl to death. In New York City, an illegal alien, randomly pushed two older men onto the subway tracks, and one, an 83 year old veteran, died of his injuries. Illegal aliens need to be rounded up and sent home.

Commented on Queen Garris Breaks Her Losing Streak, MaybeTonight at the Beaufort County Court House in the Superior Court Room is the 2026 Beaufort County Republican Party convention. This is a public event. Any Republican may attend.
If you are concerned about what is going on in the Republican party, this is a good place to be. There is a lot of mis-information out there. Come and see for yourself.

Commented on Senator Chris Murphy Says for Democrats, Illegal Aliens Are ‘The People We Care About Most’Democrats clearly do not care about the American people who are murdered, raped, robbed, etc. by illegal alien criminals, nor those who lose their jobs to illegal aliens. Nor do they care about American air travelers put through hell by their stupid shutdown.

Commented on Berger still behind 23 votes after hand recount on state seante race, now concedes to PageGreat news! Berger needed to go. He has been the kingpin of a corrupt pay-for-play system in Raleigh. But watch out, there are very corrupt cronies of Berger, particularly the establishment hack Brent Jackson, angling to take the senate leadership and continue Berger's corrupt policies. The pay-for-play special interests also just bought several House seats, including our own 79th district.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootThe special interest money spent in District 79 primary race is a tremendous red flag. It was a very big factor in the Kidwell loss. Probably the biggest factor. Not the only factor though.
A lot of people have been wondering why such a high priority has been put on controlling the Beaufort County GOP. Why did Kidwell work so hard with Ms. Garris to make the party an exclusive party? And maybe that was actually Ms. Garris helping Kidwell with the execution of that task. I suppose they transformed the local party into a political machine, but the price was the destruction of the party in its traditional role. Even bigger than that was the alienation of a group of conservatives that actually appreciated Kidwell's record in Raleigh but felt attacked by his actions at home. Some of that group still voted for Kidwell in the primary - others did not. The other thing was the simultaneous public attack by Kidwell and Garris on Stacey Davis. What was that about? Why were they involved at all? Remember Superintendent Cheeseman immediately released a redacted tape to the press before he even spoke with the Board of Education. In fact, I've found that the Board of Education to this day has never acted on the situation. They finally got to see the unredacted tape well after the fact. That is strange to say the least. In fact, I know several people involved that say this unilateral action by the Superintendent resembles a set up more than anything else. Why did Kidwell and Garris jump into this so quickly? Is there some connection with Cheeseman? Could it be so mundane as a potential political appointment favor to a Victory Committee faction? Perhaps both? One has to wonder. Is it something along this line or something else? Finally, is it something rotten or is it just coincidentally stupid? So many negative things going on in the local Republican Party creates severe weaknesses.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootCV: Ahh, she's controlled opposition; that is VERY interesting. She also seems to speak with an "ebonics" flair....very weird. She's definitely trying to play victim BUT.....I think she let a cat outta the bag when talking about the city government going full corporate.
To be honest, it's already corporate......people are just now waking up to it.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootJohn "Sassyattorney" is the wife of the former city manager who beat a hasty retreat when the Sadler machine fell in the last election. From my understanding, she has a law license but does not actually practice law. She has a huge chip on her shoulder over her husband losing the city manager position which paid a nice salary. She resents that GOP involvement in the election that brought down the Sadler machine.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootHad an interesting conversation with a cousin of mine this weekend; she, too, is aware of the bizarro nature that encompasses our community. She informed me of a local attorney who is taking some interesting points on to TikTok platform and establishing commentary on the platform.
"SassyAttorney" made two comments, in one of her videos, that I agreed with: 1. Those speaking FOR the County GOP all sound like a bunch of fruit loops. Given what we know and have been able to piece together....I don't think the ol' girl's too far off on that one. 2. Many of those who are talking about "unity" and uncovering the extent of "Sadlergate" aren't really doing that; they're creating theater to hide the fact of them working to corporatise everything. Again.....none of this is tin-foil hat crap that Carmen Sandiago has to figure out; these are points being brought up based off of public knowledge.

Commented on An interesting analysis of 79th district House race and dirty dark $$ from Carolina ForwardGood that the video now seems to work without the Google sign-in. Everyone should be concerned about special interest dark money buying our legislative seats. They bought some other seats in our primaries away form conservatives in other districts besides Kidwell's. It is good to see both liberals and conservatives concerned about this threat to our elections. That video said it all. This liberal group does not agree on policy with Kidwell, but they value having an honest legislator, even one they disagree with, over a special interest hack like Armst5rong. Tellingly, they identify Armstrong as the real "sellout".
It was Phil Berger who invited the special interests so deeply into our politics with his corrupt pay-for-play tactics. It is good Berger is gone.

Commented on Queen Garris Shoots Herself In The Other FootI've been researching that executive committee meeting at the private residence last week. According to my reports, the "leadership" is defending the use of the "Victory Committee" and has relegated the actual Executive Committee" to the role of worker bees. Yes, they are out of sync with the actual Republican Party Plan of organization in a very big way.
What do you get when someone allows themselves to be both neutered and lobotomized? Answer: The Beaufort County Republican Party Executive Committee. What do you get when ruling power has been set up by a few persons? An unauthorized oligarchy. That is what has become of the Beaufort County Republican Party.

Commented on 60% of illegal alien households in US are on some form of welfare according to new studyIllegal aliens cost taxpayers a bundle. The Trump administration is right to push mass deportation. State officials who give them welfare when federal law does not allow it should be punished and the feds should claw back that money from the states.

Commented on Anchor baby "US citizen" heads Mexico crime cartel; shows need to end citizenship by birth aloneI hope the SCOTUS has the 'nads to end birthright citizenship. This was never intended by the authors of the 14th Amendment.
