Break it down for US Steve: What percentage of Democratic Socialist judges are corrupt or ignorant versus Republican judges, who are corrupt or ignorant, on a per capita basis?
I wonder sometimes if I am too hard on the Democratic Socialist variety versus the Republican variety. Thanks in advance.

Many of the departments or agencies in the Federal Govt. are not listed as rights of the United States under Article 1 Section 8 and it doesn't seem they should exist. The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Past time to look at these agencies/departments and see what is a right of the US and what should be a States right or simply be a right of we the people.

The real Constitutional crisis comes from lower level highly partisan Democrat judges using their offices for political purposes. We have seen the usurpation of legislative power by such judges for years in what is referred to as "legislating from the bench". Now this same category of judges in trying to usurp executive branch powers. Such behavior does nothing but bring the entire judicial system into disrepute with the public. Polling after the outrageous Democrat "lawfare" with trumped up charges against President Trump showed that severely tarnished the image of the entire judicial system. These judges ought to put the image of the judiciary ahead of their own political feelings.

Commented on Why Ethics, We Have the Law?Little Bobbie is whining about the $40 million that Space X is getting paid to rescue the lost in space astronauts who Biden has left stranded for months on the International Space Station. Space X seems to be the only ones capable of retrieving them. Does Little Bobbie propose that they just be left to die in space?

Commented on Why Ethics, We Have the Law?Jack - the "limited voting" system used for the county commission has always made that body unaccountable and unresponsive. A normal election plan, like real at-large plan with full voting rights or districts or some combination would solve that problem. As long as we have "limited voting" the politicians on the county commission know they do not have to listen to the voters.

Will Simmons: 'The script will never be flipped,' because the Democratic Socialist party would NEVER cut "waste, fraud and abuse" from government because, and "wait for it:" They never have!
And why not? Leftists use "waste, fraud and abuse" as their primary governing tool. I have been in the governing game since 1994, and I well know these truths first hand. Actually, most Democratic Socialist politicians cannot even perform simple math when it is constantly called for when dealing with the People's money, so ... The "waste, fraud and abuse" comes very natural for them at all levels of government. In my well considered opinion, Elon Musk is absolved from all Liberal residue, as he is quickly becoming a national treasure for all real Americans.

Anyone who is against DOGE must be a supporter of government waster, fraud, and corruption AND a supporter of the Deep State. The bureaucracy is out of control and our country needs someone with the skill set to sort out what is going on. DOGE has found a whole lot of wasted money. Do you want that waste to continue?

I have to sympathize with Bobs point of view on this issue with The Elon Musk. It is a fairly strange situation. I understand Elon is brilliant and the whole government efficiency things sounds great, but let’s just imagine the optics if the script was flipped, and we had Kamala with Zuckerberg or Gates at her side. I wouldn’t be comfortable with that arrangement myself.
That is the danger of government in it tends to sway left to right. Progressively, the swaying becomes more and more extreme until it eventually topples.

Commented on A Question of EthicsBig Bob I’m not sure what your comment is even referring to. I was commenting on the video of the meeting as a whole.
I agree with Mr. Langley in that we are all members of the same body. “For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.” I believe all the commissioners are respectable men and all of them make valid points and raise appropriate concerns regarding the issues at hand. A little back and forth debate is a good thing if questions can be asked and answered without things becoming personal. The commissioners wont and shouldn’t always agree, they each bring their own point of view and field of expertise, but they also shouldn’t just vote in lock step with their faction to “stick it to the other guy”. If there are issues that need to be called out then they should be. We are told to rebuke our brother if we see him step out of the light, not out of hate, but out of love. That he may be ashamed and judge within himself his own ways. May we be wise as serpents yet gentle as doves. Let us not get too rebellious against one another that our intents become so harsh against our neighbors. “Vengeance is mine” so saith the Lord. Let us aim to be honest in our actions and endeavors toward each other, seeing the big picture beyond the political degree. If we be divided we fall.

Commented on A Question of EthicsWashingtonian I’m sure you’re probably right. I’m not too studied up on water treatment engineering, give me a few weeks to look into it and I could figure it out, but it just seems like a water treatment plant should treat the water effectively. If it’s not, we should know why.
And a sewage treatment plant dumping into the river just doesn’t sound good whether the water was treated or not, I’m sure it was probably an emergency due to flooding but still.

Commented on Why Ethics, We Have the Law?Did the voting community of Washington not vote in the members of both boards that you seem to have such an issue with? I seem to remember that the husband/wife members you are speaking of were just part of the ballot and they were reelected. If this was such an issue, should this have not been looked at prior to the election? I had been following the page for a while, but it seems that recently it is just targeted attacks at certain individuals.

Instead, there are hedge funds built around her trading activity born from her primary job as the former Non patriot Speaker of the House.
