Commented on Tucker Carlson: Jan 6 was a setupThe biggest travesty is Ray Epps, who is the only person filmed actually telling people to go inside the Capitol and who was present and assisting in at least two major breaachs of police lines. He was charged with minor offenses late in the game, allowed out on a nominal bond, and then sentenced to a year's probation. Epps was the most major provocateur identified in the riot, yet was only slapped on the wrist. The real question is who he was working for? The Democrats? The Feds?
redstate.com Another provocateur who has long been identified by name is a known ANTIFA leader, who was present at many ANTIFA demonstrations the previous summer. He is on video egging the crowd on and repeatedly saying "Burn it down" while dressed in Trump garb. He has not even been charged. Epps was not charged for a long time even though his role was well known and well publicized. They probably figured they simply had to do something with regard to Epps.

All important documents should definitely have a hard copy. To put all our information solely into an electronic cloud would be unwise. As you mention, electronic disruption could make all this information unobtainableand if the servers get corrupted it will likely be gone. Not to mention the online data breaches that occur daily.

Mother use to always tell us, if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. The entire county should be growing weary of your megaphone. Will the batteries ever die?
What benefits come with your position as a county commissioner? Isn't your health insurance being covered by the tax payers a wonderful benefit? It's time for the people to bid farewell to everyone who's purposely and pettily undercutting the good people of Beaufort County. We the people have had just about enough of this ridiculous banter and the best way to make it go away is to make the mouth in the megaphone be quiet. Maybe we need a Katt Williams moment in eastern NC. Everyone needs to have several seats.

Commented on climate insanity - It's too cold for electric busesBobbie, you do know that the ground sinking, a geological issue, is different from the claim that the sea is rising, don't you?
Filling a room, or any space with CO2 does not make ir a "pollutant". It would only harm animals if there were a lack of oxygen, but with a lot of CO2 around, plants will be making Oxygen like crazy. The Earth once had 100 times as much CO2 in the atmosphere as today, and the planet was just fine.

Commented on climate insanity - It's too cold for electric busesIts laughable to think tht the Govt can control the climate. Yes they can manipulate weather, but in regards to the climate, they can never know if the scams they are perpetrating might actually be doing the reverse of wht they desire, and might actually bring about an unintended disaster. I think there are several examples of these disasters. (burning batteries) and (whales/birds & wind farms).
I think the simple solution is to work to prevent waste. The most offensive thing to me is that producers are allowed to make and sell products that are NOT even intended to last long term. So all those things go in the trash, and the energy used to create the stuff was also wasted. As it is said: Waste not, want not. Go lobby govt to demand products that make you glad you bought it. But dont hold you breath on making them hear you. What if we all just stop buying stuff. You really dont need all those things. Again... just my 2 cents worth.

Commented on What is the biggest challenge before us today?Good observation, Mark. Huxley's "Brave New World" and Orwell's "1984" were competing visions of a totalitarian future. The "Great Reset" of today's globalists combine elements of both.
You might enjoy Roland Huntford's book "The New Totalitarians" written about Sweden after decades of Social Democrat rule which he argued was sliding into a Brave New World type of totalitarian state. Huntford was longtime Stockholm correspondent for the London Times so he had lots of material to work from. Fortunately, Sweden's slide in that direction was stopped by the center-right finally beating the Social Democrats, and now the rise of the populist nationalist anti-immigration Sweden Democrats.

Commented on How to protect your child from transgender liesThe far left dictates school policy right now, and that needs to be broken up. We have five worthless seat warmers up for election on the local school board this year who badly need to be replaced. They are pathetic puppets on a string for our leftist superintendant Cheeseman. Totally useless. We need a curriculum that provides educatoin, not indoctrination.

Yes, what we have is an invasion, both here and in Europe. Invaders need to be repelled with whatever level of force it takes. A European leader who recognized that early was Czech Republic President Milos Zaman who early on declared that the mass of fake "asylum seekers" pouring into Europe was an invasion, and it needed to be defended against the same way as any other invasion. A number of European countries send their armies to the border to stop the invaders, some with robust rules of engagement including use of deadly force if needed. We need our army on the border with robust rules of engagement.

It is good to see the leftist German government brought under fire on a variety of issues, but the one that is pulling them down the hardest in the polls is their open borders policy. Voters are upset over that all over Europe and all over America. In the last election, the Free Democrats took a position on immigration to to right of the CDU but now are in a coalition with a left wing open borders position. It is no surprise that their voters are fleeing like rates from a sinking ship. Come of think of it, they were also to the right of the CDU on scepticism over wind and solar, but are now in a govenrment pushing those things.

Commented on What is the biggest challenge before us today?Great Book Buzz!
In a letter to George Orwell, Aldous Huxley predicted that: "The world's rulers will discover that infant conditioning and narco-hypnosis are more efficient, as instruments of government, than clubs and prisons, and that the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging and kicking them into obedience."

Commented on climate insanity - It's too cold for electric busesBF - normal amounts of CO2 is not a pollutant. Fill the room with it and it becomes one.
If you study biology you will notice living systems on earth are in, if you will, a balance. Disturb that balance and things change. Our CO2 and methane emissions have increased so much that the balance is tipping. That is a fact. What does it mean? This is still open for interpretation. However, two things for sure. When things change, they don't stay the same. If things change too fast, big changes occur. Hell of a gamble considering the data. CT - It occurred to me, are you handicapped? Run out of juice boxes? What?

Commented on climate insanity - It's too cold for electric busesConservationists and climate alarmists have different agendas that often conflict, and more and more we are seeing them battle each other in court. The climate alarmists do not seem to care how much real damage they do to the environment in pursuit of their obsession with CO2.

The DNC headquarters are not the same address as the capital building. The protestors did not send fake electors to lie. No one tried to hang Mike Pence. No one tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power. Guys, it's ok to think you’re special, just not Special Ed

Bob my dear friend, your last comment was inherently racist. He who hath ears to hear, let him hear,
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Commented on climate insanity - It's too cold for electric busesBy your own comments Bob it would seem you are a conservationist, which is commendable and I too believe in conservation. I’m sure that all average Americans believe that we should be good stewards of the planet. If we say we believe in science, then we must believe in science. Science is not theory and science is not a matter of consensus. Rather what can be proven true no matter the circumstances of experience. Are we still in agreement? I should hope.
Carbon Dioxide is not a pollutant, but a necessity for life. It is not by accident that the human exhales Co2, and all photosynthesis requires Co2 in order to produce oxygen. There are many pieces to the climate agenda and it is far reaching. There are many scientific reports, theories, and studies that say one thing or another about climate change and I’m no climatologist so I don’t seek to debate them. Historically, when mankind has thought about weather, it is thought about as an act of God. Personally, it wouldn’t surprise me if global warming is actually happening because I know as the Earth was cleansed with water in the flood, so again shall it be cleansed in the end with fire. They seek to geoengineer this planet and they tell you it is to save it but it is not. In fact anyone can observe the chemical trails that rain on us almost daily. The white lines in the sky are a known geoengineering method called “Stratospheric Aerosol Injection”. A little research shows the purpose of this is to spread a reflective layer of particles across the atmosphere to reflect sunlight back into space rather than Earth absorbing it and thus heating up. Which is a practice I wasn’t aware the US was involved in, as I would like to have known who voted for it. I know you’re thinking what I’m thinking; “blocking sunlight but pushing green energy solar panels?” There’s a lot more than meets the eye I guess is the point I’m trying to establish in more than a few words. I could go on, like I said it goes deep. Don’t limit yourself to the information you already possess.
