Sometimes the courts and the Democrats are not the same thing, but in this Colorado hatchet job, they WERE, Bolshevik Bob. The four justices who ordered Trump taken off the ballot are registered Democrats, appointed by a Democrat, and most tellingly all four are DEMOCRAT POLITICAL DONORS. The three justices who dissented and opposed taking Trump off the ballot are non-political, with no history of political contributions to either side. So the fair, impartial, and non-political judges went with Trump and the political hack partisan Democrat judges abused their power to try to interfere in the election. All four should be removed from office if not indicted.

I agree that action needs to be taken against those who employ illegal aliens, or assist them in any way in illegally entering or remaining in America. But 59% of them are on welfare, so maybe the welfare staff should be arrested or fined? I would support that, too.

The only place where President Trump had any degree of due process on this claim of "insurrection" was in his second impeachment, and on those charges, he was NOT convicted in the Senate. There is therefore no valid basis for this contention. These four judges try to rely on the House January 6 Committee, but that was in the nature of a highly partisan Stalin Show Trial. Pelosi blatantly violated House rules by refusing to let the Republican House leader name the Republican members of the committee, and it was Pelosi who put two functional Democrats on as "Republican" members over the objection of the Republican leadership. That committee was always a politically stacked deck which did not allow for due process for President Trump nor indeed for House Republicans.

Democracy is disappearing from America day by day.

Reducing welfare or cutting it off entirely to illegal aliens is an effective way to discourage them from coming. Iceland made them ineligible earlier this year to stop migrants from coming. When the first big flood of Middle Eastern migrants hit Europe, Denmark responded by reducing the amount of welfare they could get and advertising that fact in the "jumping off" areas for migrants like Turkey, adding that they did not want the migrants coming to Denmark.

I wish this chart had a breakout of the legal immigrants to distinguish between those coming as "refugees" and those coming through other avenues because their access to welfare is very different. If someone comes as a refugee, they are immediately entitled to all welfare programs. Biden, and Obama before him, have brought in lots of these refugees from places like Somalia. Other legal immigrants, on the other hand, have to prove that they will not become a public charge before their immigration is approved, must file an affidavit of support from an American citizen who will be financially responsible for them, and be inelgible for welfare by law for five years after arrival. I strongly suspect that it is the refugees, with their free welfare ride, who make up most of the legal immigrants who are on welfare.
