I am told that our school board has it on their agenda tomorrow to define "discrimination based on sex" as including "gender identity" and "Sexual orientation". Isn't that what Biden tried unsuccessfully to do and Trump put a stop to it? Why is our school board even considering this?

The "No King" people and the "Loony Left" do not understand that "all Government Control" is "King Control". When the Government finally takes over, we can expect Voltaire's cycle of history, “History is only the pattern of silken slippers descending the stairs to the thunder of hobnailed boots climbing upward from below.”

A blank check to continue funding all federal programs with local taxpayer money is fiscally irresponsible and downright insane. Where was the accounting of which programs are funded, at what cost, and the justification for local taxpayers to be on the hook for them? There may be some expenditures where this is justified, but this should be looked at carefully on a case by case basis.
What we have on our county commission are four spendthrifts, two admitted Democrats, and two Democrats-in-Drag who masquerade as "Republicans", namely "Wrong Way" Walker and "Wrpng Way" Waters.

Many within our Society of the Self-Governed have lost touch with the understanding that all government, all politics are local, and just how important it is to know what is real within the realm of how we, the self-governed, manage government to best manage our societal Republic.

Spanberger is a typical globalist pro-amnesty Democrat. It is surprising she admitted to it, but the Republicans now need to hammer her hard on it. That can win the race for Winsome Sears.

Commented on Politics and Common Sense? The No Kings movement can be appealing to a wide range of ppl, because it doesnt just apply to the Presidency, but also right here in WashingtonNC, Beaufort and the State, where we too have an
UN-Representative Republic. Even the candidates dont think they are elected to represent us, because if they did, then they would respond to phone calls and emails. When even candidates dont bother to "represent" you, then you know where/who the Kings are. Both Walker of the Commission and Sadler of the Council both BLAMED the public for high taxes because none of the public showed up to protest an increase. These two are conveniently blind to the fact that we KNOW that the KINGS have quit listening to what we want, a long time ago. Will the new bunch be any better? Maybe for a few days, until they let the lazy side of their brains take control. Then they become like Kings.

These protests, though wacky as hell, are protected by the First Amendment, and these bozo billionaires are within their Constitutional rights to throw their money away on them. However, it is good to see them exposed for the anti-American jerks that they are. However, when it comes to funding ANTIFA, they are a terrorist organization, and funding them should result in criminal RICO charges and asset seizures. The starting point should be full audits of Tides and Arabella to see where their money came from and where it went. The enablers of ANTIFA need to be locked up.

Commented on Christian Universities Are Still Bowing to DEIChristianity is indeed an impediment to the creativity of Satan.
Humans indeed have human ways, and many of them are of the flesh. Christianity, for me, allows my person to be of this world, understand this world, the ability within character to know the wisdom to work to achieve loftier goals in all things creative, all things wise, and interaction on a personal level, whenever possible. The antithesis of these aspirations of mine is the indoctrination in that which is not true, real; the divisive nature of Satan to separate the true spirit of goodness from the natural flesh is his prime objective. Far too many within humankind fall prey to these base concepts locked within Satan's power to paint such perverse pictures of kis far poorer purpose.

Commented on Christian Universities Are Still Bowing to DEIChristian Schools lagging behind the norm of breaking free from the bondage of group-think-by-idiots. Now, that is a sad anomaly, where those that should be knowledgeable of what is real will not practice what is fundamentally correct.

Countrygirl, there are at least two longstanding breakaway groups from the Episcopal Church in America, the Anglican Orthodox Church and the Anglican Church in America, neither of which recognize the Archbishop of Canterbury as their head. There are churches here in NC affiliated with the Anglican Orthodox. Given the similar religious doctrine of these two existing breakaway Anglican groups and the new group, one could see a potential merger of the more traditional Anglican churches.
I would also say that what the "social gospel" and "liberation theory" have done to some of the "mainline" church denominations is as much inserting the word of Marx as the word of man.

I have no idea how Mr. Trump will negotiate this aspect of the Democratic Socialist Shutdown of the Federal Government 2025; however, if he can succeed, this could strip the Non Patriot Left of some of their control over Left leaning government workers, which are far too many in force in the first place, thereby sucking too fervently off the proverbial government teat, which is a tremendous drain of the public's personal resources here within our Capitalist Society.
