This is a good example of why whining Democrats should never be let off the hook. One of the three Democrats, an older white woman covered in tattoos, whined in her own defense that it was the two young black male Democrats fault, that they were the ones to blame, and she had not done all the bad things they had. She escaped removal by only one vote. Then she trotted down to CNN and blasted the legislature for "racism" because they let her go and only expelled the two black males. What a stinking hypocrite.

And then there is habitual liar Joe Biden calling the expulsions "unprecedented" when actually this is the forth expulsion of legislators for bad behavior since the War Between the States in Tennessee. But don't expect any of the fake "fact check" organizations to call him out on that.

The problem is that Judge Marchan clearly DOES have a conflict of interest for this case, in that 1) he is personally a contributor to Biden - Harris, and 2) his daughter works as a consultant to the Biden - Harris campaign. This also should have made an ethical judge recuse himself in past cases that indirectly involved Trump, so now there is talk of a judicial ethics complaint against Marchan for not recusing himself in those cases.

I have complete confidence that Clarence Thomas would recuse himself if he had a conflict of interest, but this Judge Merchan clearly knows he is a political contributor to Biden himself and his daughter is a political consultant to the Biden campaign, so why has he failed to recuse himself from this case?
