    Mrs. Sally Mae Hannah Mills, age 82, a resident of Old Blounts Creek Road, Chocowinity, NC, died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

    A funeral service will be held 2:00p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2014 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington, NC, officiated by Kent Gurganus. Burial will follow in Trinity Cemetery of Chocowinity, NC. Christopher Romero, Jeremy Landeck, Rey Mendoza, Lorenzo Carrillo, Himmeler Desvarieux and Chris Respess will serve as pallbearers.

    Mrs. Mills was born on May 29, 1932 to the late Fred Hannah and Rendy Meeks Hannah. Mrs. Mills was a homemaker and formerly attended Elizabeth Chapel Church of Christ. She was married to the late Haywood Dail Mills, who preceded her in death.

    Mrs. Mills is survived by two daughters: Dale Alligood and husband Allen of Washington, NC and Mary Castillo of Winterville, NC, eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.

    In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Mills is preceded in death by a daughter: Rendy Sue Harrington and two sons: Leslie Landeck and Snodie Mills.

    The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 21, 2014 from 7:00p.m.-9:00p.m. at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington, NC.
