I guess we just have to assume that each new owner will rename places to a more suitable name of their time and culture. We did when we took it from the Indians, They probably did when they took it from the whomever, we named our streets and parks after our beloved Confederates and now the urban communities are renaming things to fit their history. To me names are not the important things, it is the lessons that should have been learned, but "C'est la vie" say the French. I guess I will just have to get used to Ho Chi Minh City formerly knows as Saigon.
