MORAL OUTRAGE: Those Who Blame Political Opponents Rather Than the Individuals and the Ideology Responsible for the Murder of Fellow Americans | Eastern North Carolina Now

I can't believe how dangerous people are, and I'm not talking here about radical Islamists and terrorists. In the midst of a growing threat from radical Islam, whose "soldiers" know no bounds or sense of allegiance to their fellow human beings here in the United States and who have so far slaughtered 3000 innocent people on 9/11, fatally shot 13 people/soldiers (including a pregnant woman and her unborn baby) and injured more than 30 others at Fort Hood, decapitated a woman in Oklahoma, set off two bombs at a populated marathon in Boston killing 3 spectators and wounding more than 260 others, gunned down 14 patrons and workers (injuring 24) celebrating Christmas at a center in San Bernadino serving persons with developmental disabilities, and massacred 49 and wounded 53 at a gay nightclub in Orlando this past week-end, people are limit the very bedrock of are traditional American rights - the right to have and bear guns for self-defense. Instead of focusing on the specific type of gunmen involved in these shootings and the ideology that pushes them to kill, they look to strip Americans of their long-held and most critical of rights protected in the Bill of Rights. So let's just stop right here and think about it. The acts and incidents mentioned above are acts of terrorism, regardless of how the government tries to spin them (because remember, our government, including Homeland Security, is infiltrated and advised by members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Terrorism is defined as the use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims. The political aim is to spread Islam and to undermine the freedoms we enjoy here in the United States, pervert our laws to benefit Muslims, and to erode the character of our communities. Have these goals been advanced by terrorism? Absolutely. So, it turns out that terrorism is a successful tactic on Americans and the American government after all. We are retreating from our firmly-held principles, retreating behind this harmful veil of political correctness, and turning on fellow Americans rather than working together to fight the greatest threat to our country, our way of life, and the future of all those who value freedom and security. For those who continue the false dialogue about guns being the problem and about how wrong it is to use the action of one radical Muslim to profile others of his group and about conservatives hating members of the LGBT community, you can thank a liberal and progressive for aiding and abetting terrorism and helping them achieve their goals. God help us a few years down the road when more have entered our country, they achieve more of a critical mass, they are better organized, and they are intent to seek more radical change.

North Carolinians need to show their support for House Bill 1148 ("An Act to Amend the North Carolina Constitution to Protect a Person's Right to Carry a Concealed Weapon." This bill, which would become effective on December 1, 2016, will repeal the provision of the state constitution which provides that the General Assembly may prohibit the practice of carrying concealed weapons. California has already gone down this road and has prohibited the right of a person to carry a concealed weapon in public. In other words, a person only has the right to gun possession on their property. In California, a person can only protect his life, the life of his family, loved ones, and others who are vulnerable to the whims of one intent on inflicting violence only if that act of violence occurs on his property. North Carolina is NOT California and God help us, if we ever head in that direction. (But those who wish to live under those conditions are certainly welcome to leave NC and move to sunny California).

Yeah, I agree Alex.

This may be the largest problem our country is facing on so many levels.

Excellent words!
Excellent thought process!
The words that make me the most nervous are, "God help us a few years down the road when more have entered our country, they achieve more of a critical mass, they are better organized, and they are intent to seek more radical change."
