Cartoon Manifests the Chasm Between Two Parties /Two Poeple | Eastern North Carolina Now

After two week of nonstop convention coverage, I thought a brief bit of informative levity would be in order. At the nexus of what, I believe is a humorous take of American politics, where it collides at the fork in the path that we euphemistically find our Republic today.

One side, represented by Hussein Obama and L. Hillary Clinton wishes to build an electorate power base giving the swing portion of their voters free stuff.

The other side is preoccupied with working diligently to provide for their family's needs and the growing swing vote contingency of Democrat families, who won't work, and have been promised by the Obama operatives within his regime that if they keep voting Democrat, they may never have to work again. At least, that is the well regaled promise

While this may seem immensely frustrating for hardworking patriotic Americans, you would go completely mad if you did not see the humor in it what the Democrats have devolved into. So, in the interest of providing a point of levity, I am providing this short video, Social Economics 101, shared with me by my wife, Lynn. But before you partake in this hilarious video, I want to share this old joke that always seems relevant:

Here is a free puppy

The President is running down the street one day, and he sees a little girl who is giving away puppies that her dog just had.

He goes up to the girl and says, "Little girl, I think that it's wonderful that you're doing such a good thing."

The little girl says, "Thank you, Mr. Clinton. Would you like a puppy? They're Democrats."

Bill declines and jogs onward. The next day Billy jogs past the same girl and decides to talk to her again. "You know what, little girl? I think I'll take one of those puppies after all, seeing as how they're Democrats."

The girl says, "I'm sorry Mr. Clinton, but they're not Democrats any more. They're Republican now."

Bill says, "They are? How do you know? As a matter of fact, how did you know that they were Democrats at first to begin with?"

She says, "Well, just after they were born they were Democrats, but now their eyes are open."

And before you view the video below, please remember the prophetic words of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher: The thing about Socialism is that eventually, you run out of other people's money.

"Social Economics 101" is a short video from the documentary, I Want Your Money, produced by filmmaker Ray Griggs. Please enjoy its contents. I sure did.
