Ruby F. Casper | Eastern NC Now

    Mrs. Ruby Lee Foreman Casper, age 68, a resident of 1114 Tommy's Lane, Williamston, died Tuesday August 23, 2016 at her home.

    Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday August 25, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and will be conducted by Rev. Derek Bossolono. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the service.

    Mrs. Casper was born in Beaufort County on January 13, 1948 to the late Beryl and Essie Evans Foreman. On May 28, 2003 she married Linwood Stuart Casper.

    Survivors include her husband Linwood Casper of the home, her mother, Edith Foreman of Raleigh; one daughter, Stephanie A. Stowe of Spring Hope; two sons, Jody Stowe and wife Dana of Pinetown, Jimmy Wells, Jr. and wife Linda of Virginia; one step daughter, Tina Casper of Williamston; two step sons, Dustin Casper and wife Mandy of Speed, Daily Stowe of Raleigh; ten grandchildren, Dean Ayers and wife Stephanie, Amanda Stowe, Jody Stowe, Blaze Tripp, Austin Foote, Jessica Casper, Cadence Casper, Hunter Foote, Jason Wells, Dylan Wells; five sisters, Betty Jean Coward, Judy Fillingame, Hazel Kirk, Elizabeth Vick, Donna Harrington; and three brothers, Billy Coward, George Foreman and Ken Harrington. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Beryl T. Foreman Jr. and Jesse Ray Foreman.
