   Nothing to see here, it is just another one of my early morning mental wake-up exercises. I was a bit confused about what category I should post this in:  Politics or Humor. So I broke one of the rules, and posted it in both places. Bobby Tony

   By definition, your tax forms are private. Only you, your accountant, and the IRS should have access to your tax filings. You may release your tax filings if you want to but are not required to do so.

   To solve this problem of who is playing fair let just set up these few rules for release of anyone's tax forms.

   IT IS STILL A FREE COUNTRY CLAUSE

    You are not required to publicly release your tax forms.

   GLASS HOUSE RELEASE CLAUSE

 If you release your tax forms, anyone who request access to view your forms should be required to  release their own tax forms.

   STAY OUT OF JAIL CLAUSE

 By definition, if the IRS has not arrested you for tax fraud, you are in compliance with the tax laws.

   LIBERAL AGREE TO DISAGREE CLAUSE

 If you and the IRS are in negotiation over any aspect of your tax filings, this is called an audit and not a violation. As long as you are still negotiation any disagreements, you are still in compliance with the tax code.

   GO FISHING CLAUSE

I don't have any right to see your tax forms, but if you chose to release them I scour them with a fine tooth comb looking for some embarrassing and juicy piece of information.

   LOW INFORMATION CLAUSE

I don't need any more information to make my decision about you or your taxes. I am just trying to muddy the water with unfounded claims and innuendo  I would not believe anything you lying basket of deplorables said or released. Right? You are all racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, tax cheats, you name it.

    FAIR SHARE CLAUSE

If the IRS accepted my tax payments after all audits and discussions are completed, then I have paid my

 THE BEAN COUNTER CLAUSE

 Every taxpayer had the right to hire professionals to complete and advise all legal and proper measures to legally reduce your taxes per the IRS code.
